Financials & Annual Reports

Reading the two documents togetherWhy the totals differ
The reviewed financial statements follow GAAP: they record the fair value of donated professional teaching ($641,726, 100 teachers at $34.58 an hour) as both revenue and program expense, and they show gross rental income from CCATE’s building.
The Form 990 follows IRS rules: it excludes in-kind services and nets rental expenses against rental income. That is why the 990 reports total revenue of $528,893 and expenses of $458,943 for the same year. Both documents arrive at the same change in net assets, +$69,950.
Individual donors gave $52,729 in FY2025 — 9% of the cash budget. That share is what lets CCATE answer to Norristown first. How we calculate $2.17 →
